1. Megumi Nakajima is a Filipino-Japanese female voice actress and singer, and the voice provider for the Vocaloid2 Megpoid. She was born in 1989 in Ibaraki, Japan. In 2007, She was chosen in 5,000 applicants as the voice actress for Ranka Lee (蘭花 李), the heroine of the TV anime film Macros F and started her career in 2008.
The signature song of this film Seikan hikou (星間飛行, Interstellar Flight) sung by Megumi herself entered the charts number 5 that year. Megumi will also reprise her voice for Gumi's extend voicebanks, aimed for a 2011 release.
2. Meiko Haigō is a Japanese female professional singer and provided her voice for the Vocaloid Meiko. She was born in 1978 in Tokyo, Japan. At the age of 18 her unit Fragrance Balance received an award in an amateur music contest held by Yamaha. This event set up her with Yamaha, and she closed a contract in 2001. The contract expired in 2006 and she has been in solo career since then.
3. Naoto Fūga is a Japanese professional male singer and the voice provider for the Vocaloid Kaito. At first he was working as a music teacher after graduating from college, and then made his career as a backing singer and an anime song singer. He also worked as a dubbing voice actor in the animation film Cinderella by Walt Disney.
Much of his character is not known so far, for he does not usually disclose himself, including his birth year and real name. The name Fūga Naoto is a word play from fuuga na oto (風雅な音), meaning "tasteful sound."

4. Saki Fujita (藤田 咲, Fujita Saki), is a Japanese female voice actress and the voice provider for the Vocaloid2 Hatsune Miku. She was born in 1984 in Tokyo, Japan. In 2003 she was awarded in the contest VS Audition 2003 by Pony Canyon which established her career as a voice actress. Since then, she has built her fame in the industry, providing her voice for many animes and computer games. Her soft and clear voice caught the attention of Crypton and they adopted Saki for their second Vocaloid2 product, Miku. Crypton's actions created an instant hit, creating the widely-known Vocaloid trend. Now Miku is widely recognized as the most famous and leading Vocaloid.
Saki once again reprises her role for the Miku append voicebanks. Now, Saki Fujita will take on a new challenge in Vocaloid; providing English-based voice samples as Miku, for the upcoming English voicebank of Hatsune Miku.
5. Asami Shimoda is a Japanese female voice actress and the voice provider for the Vocaloid2 Kagamine Rin and Len. She was born in 1986 in Tottori, Japan. She developed her gift as a voice actress in her high school days and received a scholarship for a voice actress school. Her professional career started in 2005, providing her voice for the computer game The Idol M@ster. This product spread her fame in the industry and her adoption by Crypton following Saki Fujita was taken with no wonder.
6. Gackt aka. Gackt Camui is a professional Japanese male singer and the voice provider for the Vocaloid2 Gackpoid. He was born in 1973 in Okinawa, Japan. He is one of the Japanese leading rock music singers and has fans worldwide. Recently, he stretched his activity to the stage and now plays roles such as that of a shogun and samurai. The final design of Gackpoid is heavily influenced by many aspects of Gackt's own personality.
Gackt is no stranger to overseas and foreign performances. As he can speak English and Chinese, he has performed songs in those languages too. He also has been in one Hollywood film, Bunraku, as the role of Yoshi.
In the year 2009, Gackt placed a contest for GACKPOID users to 'challenge' their capabilities. Later the winning song alsong with the runners-up song would then be added into Gackt's next 39th album.

7. Yū Asakawa is a Japanese female voice actress and the voice provider for the Vocaloid2 Megurine Luka. She was born in 1975 in Tokyo, Japan. The Luka project started in the early of 2007, preceding Hatsune Miku and Kagamine Rin/Len projects. Crypton had the idea of releasing Luka as their first Vocaloid2 product, but the schedules of Yu and the company did not meet one another, so Luka was distributed as the third Vocaloid of Crypton following Miku and Rin/Len.
Yu can speak competent English, which is the reason why Crypton used her voice for Luka
